Delegates Pack and J. Kelly move to amend the bill on page 1, section 2, on line 11, after the word “payments” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

On page 1, section 2, after line 11, by inserting a new subdivision (4) to read as follows:

“(4) Ensure residents of treatment facilities can return to their home community upon discharge from the facility.”;

On page 1, section 2, on line 18, after the word “compliance” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

And;

On page 1, section 2, after line 18, by inserting a new subdivision (3) to read as follows:

“(3) Provide the department with a comprehensive plan to return the residents to their home community upon discharge from the facility.”
